Data controller

Fosen Eiendomsmegling AS (org. no. 933 708 586), Fallhaugen 44, 7100 Rissa, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, its forms and our agency services. Questions: post@foseneiendomsmegling.no.

What we collect

When you use a form you provide your name, phone, email and optionally an address and message. We only collect this with your consent and use it solely to respond and follow up on buying, selling or valuation.

When you become a client

If you instruct us, we also process data needed to fulfil the agreement and our legal obligations, including under the Norwegian Real Estate Agency Act and anti-money-laundering rules.

Storage and sharing

Data is kept no longer than necessary and shared only with parties needed to carry out the assignment, or when required by law.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies. Links to Google Maps follow their own policies.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion and restriction, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
